Entering the mystery

When you view life as a mystery, new doors will open for you.

“I rise above all limitations. I am Divinely guided and inspired.”
~Louise Hay~
Another word for mind is “maya” which is a Hindu expression for illusion. Those who are trapped in thought become lost in the mire of projection, seeing only what they are programmed to see. The only thing that transforms this prison is silence. Pay attention to your thoughts and you’ll notice that they are all ideas that have been passed down from others.

The mind is not reality; it is a limited interpretation of experience. Once you lock into an idea, you block all other possibility. Seeing life as a mystery implies that it cannot be solved or understood. We learn to become open, receptive and clear. Thoughts come and go, but the stillness of your eternal being always remains.

Freedom comes from cultivating an awareness of your ability to create joy in your experience. Allow life to happen by simply being present for what arises in the present moment.

“If you understand it, the world is a great device to make you more conscious. Your enemy is your friend, and the curses are blessings, and the misfortunes can be turned into fortunes. It depends only on one thing: if you know the key of awareness.”
~Osho~
Today my intention is to remember that honesty is living without pretense. I have nothing to prove and everything to discover.

Be different

Mastery is having conscious, consistent and loving responses to life.

“I expect life to be safe and joyous. I attract all that is good.”
~Louise Hay~
Old Souls must walk a different path. It can be challenging to observe many in the world embrace the idea of accumulation or others’ acceptance and outside verification as an indicator of personal value; however, it’s helpful to keep in mind that our planet is still transitioning from a Young Soul level to a Mature Soul level. Young Souls are here to learn about money, power and control while Mature Souls seek to heal one another, their communities and the world while learning through excessive drama. Both play necessary and supporting roles in the collective soul growth of the planet.

Old souls have already lived through many lifetimes and lessons and are now expanding to higher levels of consciousness. This calls upon us to experience life from a new perspective. One challenge of being an old soul is often feeling misunderstood or even ridiculed by those around you, and that is as it should be. Honor all paths as sacred while walking in your own integrity.

Be willing to be the change you wish to see in the world. Live in ways that create a space where loving kindness and forgiveness are possible. You also play an important role in our collective awakening.
Today my intention is to stay balanced. When I am at peace, I have more to share with others.

Finding the gap

Life’s wonder and mystery can be discovered wherever you are.

“I am now willing to see my own beauty and magnificence.”
~Louise Hay~
Learn to quiet the endless chatter of the mind and find the gap – between thoughts, words, notes of music, ideas or actions – this is the space of pure potential. Nothingness can sometimes be overwhelming because there is nothing to cling to, nor is there any indication of what is to come. In the face of the unknown, some become nervous and fill the void with repetitive thought or behavior, mindless tv, busyness and drama… anything to silence the fear of the ego.

The Buddha called this space “shunyata” which indicates a moment that is vibrant with all possibilities, absolute potential, the unmanifested. When we learn to relax into the silence and simply treasure this moment of existence, we create the space in which a transformation can occur. Why do you worry? The sacred is at hand. Something new is waiting to be born.
Today my intention is to open my consciousness to the expansion of life. There is plenty of space for me to grow and change.

Keeping things simple

I am grateful.

“I choose harmony and loving communication wherever I am.”
~Louise Hay~
The mind loves to have a problem to fix. It keeps things complicated and thus reinforces the fog of illusion in which many reside. There are many paths to wholeness, but the simplest truths are the answer to life’s most challenging questions.

Resist nothing – what you fight, you strengthen. Rather than criticize, accept. Embrace what is and create inner balance prior to taking action. Begin your day with gratitude and let your actions be led by love.

Humans are paradoxical and dual by nature. We, like all of life, are a blend of light and dark. Rather than denying one side verses the other, we must integrate all the facets of our humanness and bring them into the light of consciousness. Seeing oneself clearly is an important aspect of enlightenment.

You’ll feel more empowered when you create a healthy and balanced approach to life. The world around you will act as a reflection, showing you your grace and progress on the path of transformation.
Today my intention is to be a authentic example of the love, light and laughter of the Universe.

Courage

Enlightenment is taking responsibility for your own state of consciousness in the present moment.

“I view all experiences as opportunities for me to learn and grow.”
~Louise Hay~
Cultivate the courage to see yourself clearly. Blame and judgment extend our attention and energy outward rather than inward where true healing is possible. The shadows that we carry silently control our lives. They cause us to react, create drama or sabotage our joy and because of this, most people tend to deny the shadow side of their nature rather than take responsibility for it.

In order to transform our shadows into empowered aspects of growth, we must turn and face them. They, like everything in the human experience, have lessons to teach and gifts to offer. Integration of our dualistic nature allows us to shine a light in the darkness, and through love, heal whatever is found there.

Higher consciousness allows us to see the world differently. It awakens a deeper understanding of the Self, inspiring feelings of safety, compassion, integrity, confidence and courage. You’ll see this impact on your life as you naturally begin to open your heart to others and live your fullest potential.

Today my intention is to remember that this moment is my point of power. Today, I am willing to see clearly.

Choose joy

Don’t wait for life to fall in place before you choose to be happy.

“My inner quest is rewarding and provides me with many answers.”
~Louise Hay~
Each of us is a work in progress and this moment provides an opportunity to discover something new. Life is constantly changing and there is nothing to cling to except the joy that comes from within.

Let friendliness and joy become qualities of being that you consistently bring to your life situation. The world is a mirror that reflects our truths – pay attention to what you see with the knowledge that the love you share will be returned in beautiful ways.

The light of consciousness transforms all that it shines upon. Live in awe of existence itself and celebrate the many blessings that life has to offer.

“Allow life to enter into you. Become more open and vulnerable, feel more, sense more. Small things filled with such wonders are lying all around.” ~Osho~

Today my intention is to watch my joy transform the mundane into the sacred.

Be kind

See yourself as beautiful, lovable and appreciated.

“I am worth loving. There is love all around me.”
~Louise Hay~
Everything begins with you… how you choose to start your day, what you focus your attention upon, the things you choose to read or watch or what you put into your body. Bring kindness to every choice. Let your life be a loving conversation with the Divine.

Our universe is designed to provide new experiences to accelerate growth, inner wisdom and awareness. When we understand our relationship to the whole, we participate more fully in the evolution of our collective consciousness. Enlightenment is a state of awareness that we can bring to the physical experience of our lives.

Seek only to love and understand yourself and others. When you find balance and peace within, you’ll begin to live your full potential.
Today my intention is to open my consciousness to the expansion of life. there is plenty of space for me to grow and change.

The dance of change

Sunday Night Energy Transmission

Life is a dance of change. Every situation contains seeds of new beginnings.

“I am aware that what I do not want to change is exactly what I need to change the most.”
~Louise Hay~
There is an ebb and flow to life. We experience changes more gracefully when we stay authentic and adhere to our own principles and integrity. Each journey is unique and, though support and guidance are available, we must ultimately take complete responsibility for our choices, our happiness and our awakening.

What you create now will be the basis for what you experience next. Never doubt the power of your thoughts, words and actions for they send waves of energy throughout the Universe. New beginnings can bring confusion because we are entering the realm of the unknown. Disorder, chaos and resistance often portend that transformation is at hand.

“Open your mind, expand your character to embrace the world. Then you will find guidance along the path.”
~R. L. Wing, from the I Ching Workbook

Today my intention is to remember that I am unlimited in my own ability to create the good in my life. Changes begin now.

See challenges as opportunities

You can create the space in which a transformation can occur.

“I handle all my experiences with wisdom, love and ease.”
~Louise Hay~
In the midst of a challenge, it can be difficult to know where to turn or what is right. See the present moment as an opportunity to gain greater clarity and truth. The answers you seek are already within you, and since your purpose is to awaken, life will arrange the appropriate circumstances for you to access that inner wisdom.

Distress, worry, doubt, procrastination and apathy are just stories created by the mind that seek to derail your efforts. Rather than fight against them, use them! Embrace whatever arises with love and kindness and then choose to see through them to the eternal light of your true nature. Shine the light of consciousness in the dark – it will transform all that you see.

Open to life rather than shutting it out. Inner mastery calls upon us to take a loving, living responsibility for our own happiness in the present moment. Don’t wait for life to fall into place before you choose to be happy. Choose happiness first, and life will rise up to meet you.

Today my intention is to accept this moment fully. I choose to bring grace and ease to my life experience.

No mistakes

You have the strength to face whatever life offers.

“I am guided throughout this day to make all the right choices. I only desire that which is for my highest good.”
~Louise Hay~
How many times have you carefully considered various choices, weighed  pros and cons and decided upon a course of action, only to have events push you in a completely unexpected direction? The ego loves to think that it can control outside events. It focuses upon seeking safety in the illusion of guarantees and then causes us to feel helpless when things go awry.

Often though, the new direction brings us joy we never imagined. In our quest for the status quo, we tend to forget the excitement that comes from inspiration, faith, ingenuity and adventure. You have the fortitude and wisdom to face whatever life has to offer. Be willing to be comfortable with the unknown.

Let this moment be your inspiration. Seek messages from the Divine in the world around you and realize that you are loved, supported and guided each and every step of the way. There are no wrong choices, simply varying experiences that will ultimately awaken your soul and lead you exactly where you need to be.

Today my intention is to create a mind/body/spirit balance that will allow me to flow with whatever life has to offer.
