Dissolving Blockages

When you seem to be stalled, feeling incomplete or dissatisfied, look within and observe the thoughts that impede your ability to take action. These internal blockages often create greater conflict than any physical obstacle you may face.

The only thing that exists is the Now – don’t destroy it’s potential with worry created by the shadows of the mind. See yourself walking forward in joy and expectation and simply take one more step. Fear dissipates through conscious action. Enter the realm of discovery and cultivate the discernment that allows you to see through the stories of the ego.

This moment is precious. As I stepped outside in gratitude, I was greeted by the stillness of a cold, clear morning. Early storms had passed, frost was on the ground and the stars sparkled across the sky like diamonds on velvet. The darkness had a living texture of possibility and once again, I fell madly in love with life.

Find your inspiration. In the stillness you can connect to the Universe and come home to yourself. The energy of the Divine is yours to experience in any way that you wish. In a changeable world filled with limitless nuances to explore, this powerful connection remains constant.

Creativity

The joy of creativity lies in the act of creation itself. When we open to inspiration, our energy and actions enhance life on every level. We cultivate more beauty, gratitude, joyfulness and passion in our experience. Whether one chooses to write, play music, cook with a flair, bring inspiration to their sacred space or dance through raindrops, creativity expresses our unique connection to the Divine.

Creativity connects you to your bliss and adds dimension to your experience. In solitude you find a space to play alone in your vision. You experiment without fear, discard what doesn’t work and celebrate when it feels right. In the greatest moments thought disappears, the art disappears, the artist disappears and all that remains is the Divine, expressing itself in physical form.

You have an opportunity to be a creative healing force in the world. The way to maintain balance in your life is to ensure that every thought, word and action is aligned with the truth of who you are. Allow your heart to be inspired by compassion.

The Veil of Illusion

The Divine seeks to experience life in its many forms through each of us. When we choose to embrace one another as an expression of infinite energy, we begin to witness our interactions from a higher perspective. All that is required is the willingness to see through the chosen roles we play and the dramas we create. The awakening soul recognizes the miraculous in the mundane and these sparks become the flame of awareness.
Existence is overflowing with opportunities for our collective expansion. The ideas of poverty, comparison, lack and fear are man-made concepts. Abundance is everywhere – watch nature in motion, try to count the stars, measure the gifts of sunlight. To live is to create a joyful existence. To be abundant is to honor life in motion, see through the illusions and find beauty in the layers and contrasts of experience.
The light of your consciousness transforms all that it shines upon. Purposely turn your focus inward and illuminate higher aspects of the Self. This attention cultivates the ability to see past mind-made illusion to the truth of who you are – a master in the process of awakening.

Create Your Own Path

Whenever you feel connected to the planet, when you feel the love of the Divine, when life expands for you, celebrate it, love it, welcome it with open arms and you will be transformed. A tree is more alive than the trappings of belief… we commune with all life by acknowledging it with deep reverence and respect. We are the bridge between the earth and the Divine. The experience of our physical world allows us to explore both through the miracle of life.

You must create your own path to the temple. There can be no compromise of your authentic nature – the moment you seek to try to keep everyone else happy, you begin to lose yourself. The spiritual seeker has to work hard to maintain his or her individual nature in the face of society’s expectations and beliefs. The Path of Transformation is a unique journey.

When the energy of the Divine is dancing in you, in union and deep harmony with life, you become a blessing to the world. There is no final destination, just the journey, the insights and discoveries. Explore the depths of your majesty.

Express Joy

Life doesn’t happen to us, life responds to us; therefore, the process of awakening requires that we take full responsibility for our state of consciousness in the present moment. Joy is something that we must choose repeatedly and there are many ways to align with its energy. Surround yourself with sparkles of magic and gratitude and let your life be a living, evolving conversation with the Divine.

Joyfulness opens us to receive the vibrant blessings that are all around us. Sharing smiles, kindnesses, optimism, heartfelt hugs and compassion feeds our collective consciousness in miraculous ways. The greatest gift that you can give those who grace your life is to be a source of joy.

Purposely choose to slow down, breathe and experience the fullness of this moment. You are a vibrant expression of the Divine and there are infinite layers and levels and facets to explore. Your light brings a unique energy into the world. As you evolve, you perfect the ability to express a deeper joy of being throughout all the various aspects of this sacred journey.

Appreciate the Little Things

Life offers us many choices. The lighter you become, the higher your vibration and the more easily you’ll align yourself with the Divine. We can choose to bring a sense of love, light and laughter to our experience.

Granted, there will certainly be moments that awaken compassion and empathy, frustration that (hopefully) leads to a shift in perception, and the sadness which comes from losing a loved one… that’s part of the human experience. But through it all, our ability to realign with joy is a powerful way to shine the light of consciousness in times of darkness.
Misery, struggle, hard work without appreciation and drudgery are all aspects of perceptions we inherited along the journey of awakening. They have no value except as teachers. Feel what needs to be felt, own your response to the present moment, but do remember to look beyond it to the truth of existence, which is to live vibrantly, filled with gratitude, empowered, passionate and joyful.

Finding Your Voice

Creativity is the art of expression. No matter what form it may take – music, cooking, writing, decorating, beading, sculpture, color and texture in your wardrobe, painting, chanting or anything else you can imagine – creativity is an authentic union with the Divine. We become channels of light and it flows through us into all that we do. Tangible items then carry a spark of the infinite as expressed through you.

Whatever you choose to do, do it joyfully. Fill your creations and actions with love and conscious intention. When we over-think creative action, the mind attempts to be clever and sabotages our efforts by blocking that powerful and mysterious flow of unity. You can break free from patterns that limit your creative expression. It is simply a matter of finding your voice and living in the flow of your truth.

Your gifts are unique, your story divine. Find the joy of sharing them without attachment or expectation.

You Are Beautiful

Empty yourself of the things that block your light. Beyond the stories of the ego, beyond perceived mistakes and crystallized beliefs, lies the infinite, loving energy of the Divine.

Life is simply a series of opportunities to observe and release the heavy energies of limitation. Choose to observe yourself without judgment or expectation. Discard what you no longer need and embrace what brings you joy.

Awakening is a process. There are moments of breakthrough, new vision, empowerment and freedom, sometimes followed by resistance, apathy and the resurgence of old patterns. Don’t allow the ego to tell you that it’s all for naught – you are not broken or wrong. Instead, focus upon the light which shines from within, illuminating the garden of your soul, heart and spirit. You are a master in the process of awakening.

Allow joy to guide you and open your consciousness to the expansion of life. Be gentle with yourself as you grow and change. When you really love yourself, you set the stage where you can explore the vastness of peace, empowerment, growth and transformation. You are beautiful.

Explore the Mystery

Look beyond the role you play. Look beyond the physical appearance you have chosen. See beyond the stories of the mind. Breathe in the breath of life… slowly, mindfully, sacredly… and just be. Bask in the radiance of present moment. When you can quiet the mind, you can begin to tap into the infinite potential of the Divine.
You are an infinite being. There are endless facets for you to explore, worlds to experience, levels of consciousness to discover. The role that you play in this lifetime is simply that – a role that is utilized as just another way for you explore the contrasts and perceived separation this planet has to offer.
When you quiet the mind, it becomes possible to merge with the energies of the sky, a tree, the ocean or music. Allow yourself to enter the realms of limitless possibility, if only for a moment. Visualize that each breath you take draws in the love, light and laughter of the Universe while each exhale causes the barriers of the mind to dissipate.
Just be. Explore Oneness with the world around you. The more expansive your vision, the more able you’ll be to see beyond the roles and limited perception of others.

Imagine

Take a deep slow breath, close your eyes and imagine a life that is filled with loving messages from the Divine.

Imagine that you are safe, that you can feel the healing powers of the earth with each and every step you take.

Imagine that you are surrounded by love and that you can easily recognize and understand the messages from the Divine in the world around you.

Imagine that there are no wrong choices. Each path simply leads to a different type of experience – any of which will lead you exactly where you need to be in order to learn and grow.

Imagine that it is easier than ever before to be present. See yourself basking in the beauty of a day filled with unlimited possibility and discovery and that you can walk forward in faith that all is well.

Imagine that you feel healed, supported, empowered and joyful.

And finally, realize that whatever you have imagined already exists and is available to you. You can live this truth Now.
