Enjoy life and all that it has to offer. When joy comes from within, it is not dependent upon things, people or circumstances.
“Detachment does not mean non-involvement. You can be deeply involved but not entangled. ”
The level of anxiety you experience in a given situation indicates the level of attachment you have created. Use the circumstances of your life to measure your growth in this area. Just observe. Notice, notice, notice, and when required, purposely shift your thoughts from desire to acceptance.
There is an ebb and flow to life that is natural and necessary. Both the highs and lows have something to teach. Enjoy your successes and all they have to offer. Enjoy too your failures, for they provide an opportunity to discover your strengths and can teach things that success cannot.
Everything changes. When we live in detachment, anxiety disappears and we learn how to truly appreciate the present moment. So, whatever comes your way, experience it. Enjoy it and create bliss you in your experience.
Today my intention is to remember that this too, shall pass.
