Engages life’s magic

All you experience is part of a loving conversation between you and the Divine.

“The symbolic patterns that speak softly to us allow us to know what has or will come to pass and even what directions we should take in various areas of our lives. The key to empowering our life is setting up conditions that create a mental shift to a new way of processing information.”
~Ted Andrews~

When life gets overwhelming and you need to recharge, visiting a lake can connect you with the divine feminine and bring nourishment to mind, body and spirit. Water typically symbolizes aspects of healing and mystery, and specifically, lakes awaken creative expression.

If the distance is too great for a physical trip, utilize sound, visualization and meditation to take yourself there. Engages life’s magic. Whether you can see it or not, there is a world of infinite possibility just waiting to amplify your joy, playfulness and positive intention.

You have the power to create your own reality. Observe, listen, receive… messages abound and love rains down upon you from all dimensions.

All you need is already here

In stillness, we are transformed.

“The heart that seeks to awaken, to live genuinely, is more real than anything. That nameless drive calls you to be who you most truly are.”
~Ezra Bayda~

Everything we experience is a reflection of our current state of consciousness; therefore, notice what inspires you, what soothes your soul and what brings you joy. Being fully present with life anchors you in the Now… What messages will you discover there?

Honor this moment as sacred for it is filled with innumerable delights. Each mindful breath creates a Oneness with the present moment that is transformative. This stillness and joy resides within you and is waiting to be expressed. Your spiritual awakening is a gift you give to the world.

Self-discovery

Awareness is the first phase of transformation.

“The beliefs that are most deeply hidden often have the greatest power over us. Their strength dissipates as they are brought in to the light of awareness.”
~Ezra Bayda~

Observe yourself without judgment. Beyond preferences, stories of the past, future aspirations and limiting beliefs lies a field of awareness. You are far greater than the role you play in this life.

Should you notice something that you would like to heal or release, begin by simply seeing yourself clearly. Without criticism, express gratitude for the lesson the energy has brought into your experience. You may say something like, “Even though I may not be completely aware of its purpose in my growth, I am grateful for ____. Thank you for the role you have played in my development. I release you with love.”

The technique of using awareness, gratitude and love creates space for a transformation to occur. It turns emotional and spiritual healing from a human, ego-based struggle into a conscious, loving process. When your precious energy is no longer tied up in perceptions that reinforce limitation or lack, all that remains is an infinite field of pure potential.

Awakening inner wisdom

Seek the gift within the challenge.

“Challenges are gifts that force us to search for a new center of gravity. Don’t fight them. Just find a new way to stand.”
~Oprah Winfrey~

Challenges are a necessary aspect of enlightenment. They allow us to cultivate the tools of trust, patience, insight and empowerment. Don’t shy away from these moments of apparent darkness; instead, turn and shine the light of consciousness upon them.

Shamanic traditions utilize the energy and lessons of Jaguar to assist with transformation. This power animal represents sudden and intense change. When we call upon her for guidance, inspiration or assistance, she walks by our side and helps us find the strength to address adversity in such a way that we are changed by the experience. Having faced the dark night of the soul, we emerge transformed.

Our purpose is to awaken and life will always provide the perfect circumstances to facilitate our evolution. Know that you have the tools to navigate whatever unfolds in your experience and recognize these moments as opportunities to discover your true sacred nature.

Find your passion

You have many gifts to offer.
“True happiness has no cause. it is the natural state of our being, when unobstructed.”
~Ezra Bayda~

There is no one in the world like you. Your unique insight, history, passion and talents are meant to be expressed. The journey of your soul can inspire others in ways that you cannot imagine.

In a world of limitless possibility, there is great joy in exploration. New experiences can awaken facets of your spirit that are ready to shine. When we choose to share our gifts with others, we are transformed.

Never stop learning for there is always something new to discover. When we approach life with childlike innocence and wonder, we are able to play in the world of form with an open heart, full of infinite potential.

Intensity

When we immerse ourselves in the present moment with all that we have, the ego-driven self disappears and, in our presence, we experience the Now fully.

“If you live totally, intensely, then you are free, you have lived the moment and it is finished. You don’t look back and you don’t look ahead, you simply remain here now.”
~Osho~

During the intense moments of life such as dealing with the threat of imminent death, getting caught up in the passionate expression of art, falling deeply in love or experiencing a burst of energy that breaks you free from outmoded ways of living, we briefly become free of the ego. All our energy is focused on one thing: the present moment… and this focus becomes a flame that burns away false personality.

Spiritual practice cannot be lukewarm. In order to create distance between the mundane and the sacred, we must be willing to immerse ourselves in whatever is prompting an awaking of the soul.

Give with totality, hold nothing back. Honor the sacredness of your life by being fully present. This is the liberating beauty of a sunset that temporarily holds you in awe, the power of music that commands you to stop, listen and feel, the art that captivates. Notice these moments when they arrive. Observe what awakens within you.

Life is responding to you

Everything you experience is a reflection of your state of consciousness.

“The whole of existence is full of rejoicing; you just need to open your windows. Your darkness is your own creation, your alienation is your own creation… [The universe] is immensely intelligent, conscious, sensitive. It is divine in its every dimension. But you have to learn to participate in the dance.”
~Osho~

The ego will often react when the concept of self-created malady is expressed. It wants to be a victim, blame others or fate or god; however, the deeper truth is one of freedom. Once we understand that all of life is a reflection of our beliefs, we can begin to take personal responsibility for our own experience and step into empowerment.

All change must begin within. Self-awareness sets the stage for the possibility of transformation. And while the ego may seek to sabotage by replaying old scripts and stories, our creative potential simultaneously seeks to be expressed. Make your spiritual practice one of bringing awareness to your thoughts and the energy you send out into the world.

If can often be challenging to see ourselves clearly. Look to the repetitive things in your experience to gain greater insight to the working of the subconscious. As you change, the world around you will be transformed. The more conscious you are, the more possibilities you will be able to see.

Everything plays a role in your awakening

When the student is ready, the teacher appears.

“The root cause of most difficulties in relationships is the fact that we want something from another. We imagine that we need the other person to be a certain way. Why? Perhaps so that we ourselves will then feel a certain way – safe, supported, appreciated, happy. When we don’t get what we want, when other people don’t act the way we wish they would, relationship difficulties begin. We then view these difficulties as impediments to happiness, even obstacles on our spiritual path. But these difficulties – especially in relationships – are themselves our path. While we might prefer that a person be a particular way, it is our misguided requirement that they be this way that stops real love from flowing. By giving up our requirements of others, we open to the love that already connects us.”
~Ezra Bayda~

Those who grace your life have agreed to play a specific role in your soul’s development. When we are ready to learn something new, heal old wounds or measure our progress on the path of awakening, we send out a request on the level of spirit.

Typically, it is the members of your soul group that will respond to this request. Synchronicities unfold while the layers of energy that connect you are activated. This is the magic of our human experience – everything plays its role in your awakening.

Often there are layers of old energy or beliefs that we unconsciously carry. Challenges in relationships tend to bring them to the surface. Pay attention to moments when you are shut down out of fear. Utilize them as opportunities to bring yourself present, quiet the mind, take conscious action or shift your perception. This is the moment of transformation. Those who assist you in this work are your healing angels.

Place your focus inward

Nothing is more important than your state of consciousness.
“Live in love. Do your work. Make an end of your sorrows.”
~Osho~
The only way to achieve fulfillment is to awaken. Each of us has our own lessons and wounds to work through and we draw in the perfect people and circumstances to facilitate our growth. This is the road to Oneness.

When challenges bring “old stuff” to the surface, see it as an indication that transformation is at hand. Our awareness, combined with the willingness to see ourselves clearly, begins the process of healing.

No matter what unfolds in your experience, choose to respond to life with an open heart. The compassion you have for yourself and for others ensures that you will not choose to add to the collective unconsciousness. Instead, you’ll clearly recognize the impact that you have on the world around you. As we change, the world around us is transformed.

Fall in love

Imagine how the world is experienced by someone who is willing to live with an open heart.
“Spiritual practice is about increasingly entering into love – not personal love, but the love that is the nature of our being.”
~Ezra Bayda~

Gratitude, joy, conscious experience, embracing the Now, kindness, compassion, patience, stillness… all are expressions of love. The awakening heart is fearless. It chooses to find the gift in any situation and is willing to release control, knowing that all is well.

When you fall madly in love with life, you create a space in which a transformation can occur. Suddenly, there are countless moments of peace available to you, even within the challenging situations that may occur in your experience. You are a master in the process of awakening, and the process of awakening is fueled by love.

Your unique experience is a dance of contrasts. Dark and light, chaos and stillness, frustration and breakthrough create a tapestry of exquisite beauty. Become the artist and allow the love, light and laughter of the Divine to express itself through you. You are loved beyond measure.
