One of the things I love most about this planet is how many doorways we can utilize to dive deeper into the present moment. There are endless sparks of light and energy to explore and limitless ways to access the Now. This is your moment of liberation and discovery. Allow a tree to teach you about patience and stillness. Lose yourself in the artistry of the clouds as they make pictures in the sky. Listen to the multiple voices of nature and let them awaken the songs within you. Take all this energy and inspiration, blend it with your joy and your passion and then live it to the best of your ability. You have chosen to be here now, to be a light in the darkness.

 

 

Know Thyself

There is nothing more beautiful than someone who is calm, empowered and consistent. This comes from clarity about who you are and what you feel called to do. The awakened inner purpose shines through an ever-evolving life. When you truly know yourself, decisions become easy. If something is out of alignment with your authentic nature and calling, it is not a good use of your energy.

You are here to awaken. Part of that process is the examination of shadow and light, finding your purpose, removing inner obstacles and taking empowered action. There is no need to seek outside validation, the movement of energy dances throughout your experience as you express your unique way of being in the world.

All of life’s experiences have brought you to this moment of perfection. Wholeness is demonstrated by conscious action. When you create a sound foundation from which to work, your peace is a form of protection and inner guidance is always accessible. Explore your preferences and passions with detachment. This allows room for the Universe to surprise you.

Whatever you set in motion, know that you are right where you need to be and that everything will unfold in the perfect way at the perfect time.

 

Ruthless Acceptance

When you love and accept yourself, there is no fear. You allow others to experience the truth of who you are. You share your light with the world without seeking outside validation, for there is no need. You are safe in your expression of the Divine.

It’s easy to be open with someone who accepts and understands you. It becomes a little more challenging with those who judge or even attack you, and harder yet with those who trigger old wounds. However, each of these situations teaches something different. Every moment is an opportunity to bring the best version of yourself to your life situation. Act with integrity, do your best, accept what is.

Love has nothing to do with desire or neediness, only giving. It is a powerful flow of energy that attaches to nothing but resides openly within the present moment. It does not fluctuate based upon events because it isn’t dependent upon external factors. It has the capacity to create dramatic change due to the purity of the energy.

Life is a dance of contrasts, experience and expansion. There is nothing more beautiful than seeing the mystery of ruthless acceptance in motion.

Soul Power

It’s empowering to embrace your unique way of being in the world. All your contrasting ways, beautiful attributes and idiosyncrasies, dreams and passions are part of the journey of your awakening. Those who grace your world need the qualities you carry.

As you awaken into the fullness of who you are, things begin to change. You’ll likely become more conscious of how you utilize your energy, with whom you share your time and the love you discover in your purpose.

Challenging moments prompt us to reassess where we are on the journey. Sometimes they provide opportunities to see wisdom and love in action or at others send us inward in order to bring some new energy or expression out into the light. Whatever you discover, allow yourself the freedom to change, to be yourself, and live a life of joy and intention.

When you honor your path as sacred life becomes a conversation with spirit. The journey takes on greater meaning as you explore, expand and share your gifts.

Periodically examine your life experience to discover where you may be limiting joyfulness and positive expectations. You are meant to thrive, to love and to awaken. The challenges you face provide opportunities to cultivate empowerment and open new levels of understanding.

There is no one in the world like you. Your unique insight, history, passion and talents are meant to be expressed. The journey of your soul can inspire others in ways that you cannot imagine.

In a world of limitless possibility, there is great joy in exploration. New experiences awaken facets that are ready to shine. When we choose to share our gifts, we are transformed. Approaching life with childlike innocence and wonder, we can play in the world of form with an open heart, full of infinite potential.

New energy and insight can awaken aspects of you that are ready to shine. Fill your life situation with circumstances, things and people that spark passion. The higher your level of consciousness, the greater your vision. Contemplate the perfection of the present moment and be inspired by the love that surrounds you.

The Creative Flow

Creativity is the art of expression. No matter what form it takes – music, cooking, writing, decorating, beading, sculpture, the combination of color and texture in your wardrobe, painting, chanting or anything else you can imagine – creativity is a union with the Divine. In that space you become the conduit between the spiritual and the mundane. Tangible items then carry a spark of the infinite as expressed through you.

Whatever you choose to do, do it joyfully. Fill your creations and actions with love and conscious intention. When you over-think creative action, the mind begins to sabotage, subtly blocking that powerful and mysterious flow of unity. You can break free from limiting patterns through creative expression. It is simply a matter of finding your voice and living in the flow of your truth.

Your gifts are unique, your story divine. Find the joy of sharing them without attachment or expectation. Now is the time to recognize the beauty of your soul. With wisdom and creativity, you can consciously fill all of your desires, projects and relationships with this divine, inspirational beauty. You have the opportunity to be an active healing force in the world.

Open To Receive

You are meant to thrive. Part of awakening is learning how to drop whatever blocks you from living with an open heart. Engage life’s magic by seeing yourself as a vibrant, empowered co-creator of your own experience. You can cultivate the ability to see things differently, and with that vision, you will create a new reality.
Energy follows attention. One simple practice is to stand outside with your feet shoulder-width apart. Extend your arms outward, bend the knees slightly and lean back to receive the sunlight. Do this three times in a state of Presence and Stillness. This infuses new energy within the heart chakra.
This is the realm of infinite possibility. Do not limit the flow with thought; instead, reside quietly within the gap of the eternal Now and discover the “I Am” of consciousness as your perception expands.
Immerse yourself in the miracle of your being. See through the perceived limitation to the truth of who you are – a master in the process of awakening.

Everything Dances

The dance of this moment is a beautiful expression of who you are. Seek only to flow with the rhythms of life and you will discover your unique way of being in the world. There is no need to convince anyone of anything. Instead, honor the beauty of your soul through Presence. The Now offers an opportunity to connect with the sacred in a way that is authentic, magical and vibrant.

We are not here to please everyone. Some will connect with you and join your dance. Others will watch from the sidelines, and yet others will likely ridicule no matter what you do. When living in alignment with your inner truth, no outside validation is required. joy will light up your life experience.

Passion for life – not technique, intelligence or savoir faire – is a powerful foundation to build upon. Your passion ignites energy and sets it in motion. Once in motion, we can find our place in the dance and see where it takes us.

Find Your Voice

How often do we witness people living day to day in a state of unhappiness or exhaustion, doing what they feel they need to do instead of what they want to do? From the outside it’s easy to see that different choices will bring a different experience; however, we are often blinded by our own programming and expectations.
A friend shared a story recently: He was speaking to his teenage daughter, giving advice about work and purpose and sharing his belief that she should love what she does if she wants to be happy. When she innocently asked why he works in a profession that he dislikes, he realized that he had set his dreams aside. In that moment, she became the teacher. He decided to change his life, live his passion and expressed gratitude to his kind and insightful daughter for leading him back to happiness.
If you’re not in a position to drop all and do what you love, choose to love what you do. Life will respond to the energy you bring to each moment – often in ways that are unexpected.

Walking your talk and speaking your truth with integrity is your unique and authentic way of being in the world. There is nothing more beautiful than someone who is comfortable with who they are. Peace emanates from them. No energy is wasted trying to please the perceived desires of others. Instead, they allow the light of the Divine to experience itself through them and it’s incredibly beautiful.

The Dreamer

Threads of energy weave a tapestry of exquisite beauty and we are constantly in the process of creation. As we awaken, we have a greater capability to direct these energies consciously – to heal, learn and commune with each other and the world around us.

Seek to understand the connectedness of which we are all a part. There is no “other,” simply a dance of contrasts that awakens a world of infinite possibility. Remember, all that you see is but 1% of what is actually engaged around you. Send light and love across the miles for there is no limitation in time and space.

This moment is sacred and transformation is at hand. Scatter seeds of joy and nurture them with humor, love and positive intention. What does your garden grow? There is nothing more beautiful than the conscious sharing of energy.
