  • Inner Presence

    \"\"

“Maturity has nothing to do with your life experiences. It has something to do with you inward journey, experiences of the inner.”
    ~Osho~

Presence is achieved by going inward and accessing grace. The ego disappears, roles and life situations become transparent, and only empowered silence remains. When you begin to realize that you far more than the stories of the mind, you plant the seeds of your own spiritual maturity.

What happens when someone breaks free from the restrictive aspects of the fearful self? Everything. A new energy is set in motion which allows us to explore undiscovered facets of the soul. Rather than seek outward validation, go inward and free yourself from the grip of fear. The Divine seeks expression through you – allow it to flow without limitation.

No matter what you wish to experience, begin to attract it by consciously choosing to immerse yourself in that energy. Tired of all the fighting in the world? Remove conflict within yourself. Wish for better communication in your relationships? Slow down and communicate with love and positive intention. Choose your words carefully and be mindful of the energy you add to our collective consciousness. This is the moment of your transformation.

  • You Are Unique

    \"\"

“Once we believe in ourselves, we can risk curiosity, wonder, spontaneous delight, or any experience that reveals the human spirit”
    ~E.E. Cumming~

There is something extraordinarily captivating about someone who is authentic, unique and comfortable in their own skin. See if you can drop the need to have any defining labels in your experience. The ego seeks to belong and therefore, will often identify strongly with a particular ideology, culture, political party, religion, or role. This is an act of separation and creates division.

Older souls create a unique path. Yes, we don’t fit in and are often misunderstood, but that’s ok. The awakening spirit learns how to see beyond the identifiers and roles to the Oneness of which we are all a part.

In a world beset with conflict, you have an opportunity to be a source of peace. Embrace your uniqueness, see all life as sacred and utilize love instead of judgment. It\’s not the easiest path to be sure, but is one that will uplift your soul and create something beautiful in the world.

Let’s bring about a radical transformation of the mind and find ways of living differently. You are love in human form.

  • Emotional Freedom

    \"\"
“Have patience with everything that remains unsolved in your heart.
    …live in the question.”
    ~Rainer Maria Rilke~
You can create joy wherever you are. While the spiritual journey may never be completely free from life\’s ups and downs, there will come a point where you don\’t need it to be. Emotional freedom  the ability to ride the currents of experience without resistance while bringing a calm inner presence into the Now.
This lifelong process of discovery is a dance of love with the Divine. Every circumstance offers something of value and when we trust our inner wisdom enough to drop reactivity and fear we cross a threshold into a different type of experience. Periodically access your emotional temperament. It\’s quite likely that you interpret and respond to life quite differently than you did 5, 10 or 20 years ago.
We share this slow and transformative process of awakening. Don\’t wait for life to fall into place before you choose to be happy. Let your happiness inform your experience. Approach the infinite energy of limitless possibility with awareness, faith and openness and there you may discover a sense a peaceful self-love and acceptance that sets you free.
  • Self Acceptance

\”You\’ve been criticizing yourself for years and it hasn\’t worked. Try approving of yourself and see what happens.\”
    ~Louise Hay~
You have always done the best that you can… and the same is true for all of those around you. Suffering occurs when we are unhappy with our own choices and behavior. When one begins to second-guess past decisions, all the vital life force energy begins to drain out of the present moment.
You have always done the best that you can. Based upon your life-path, soul age, imprinting, experience and interpretation of the world around you, you responded in the way you thought best at the time. Awareness creates space in which transformation can occur and every situation has something to teach. Is it any wonder that you have greater knowledge after the fact? You are absolutely on the right path and your perception should grow and change as you awaken.
The art of self-forgiveness allows you to release the past. Transformation can only occur when we put down the burdens of the heart. Should past situations repeat, notice any new responses that you have. Be a loving witness of your own evolution and let the gentle movement of awareness expand.
