We create the movement within our lives. The ebb and flow of experience comes directly from our choices, beliefs, words and actions. If the only way to have peace is to teach peace, perhaps we can go a step further and say that the only way to teach peace is to be peace.
Can you consciously bring peacefulness to every situation in which you find yourself? Try it for one day – simple be. All interactions then become a dance of kindness and connection knowing that each action sends ripples of energy throughout the Universe.
Consider all that has brought you to this moment. You are an exquisite work of art in progress. As each layer is uncovered, greater depth, dimension and beauty are discovered. Let your words be filled with the possibility of joy and awakening, not only for yourself, but for those around you.
Today my intention is to be gentle, kind and patient with myself. The more balanced I am, the more I have to offer.
