The Power of Higher Love

In a world that is often beset by fear, judgment and anger, we can choose to be a source of higher love and consciously approach life with integrity and purpose. Love is not “anti” anything, although falsehood and ignorance arise when it is absent. Look for ways to bring grace into the small moments of your life. Rather than seeking joy, become joy. Rather than seeking love, become love.

We have an opportunity to be an inspiration. Begin by honoring life, in all its forms as sacred. Rather than trying to get others to see from your perspective, demonstrate how loving insights inform how you walk in the world. True love is unconditional. It understands the nature of the ego (both personal and collective) and accepts that resistance is its natural response to higher frequencies.

Part of awakening is learning to transcend ego, which then creates non-resistance. As awareness expands, gratitude replaces pride. It can be insightful to work with a spiritual lesson or inspirational concept each morning and use it as a focus for contemplation throughout the day. This creates space to receive the wisdom your soul desires in a very personal and profound way.

The Dance of Exploration

You bring something unique and sacred to the world of form and it can only be fully expressed when you choose to live from the heart. Whether you seek to touch one life or many, realize that you do make a difference. There has never been, nor will there ever be someone with your unique energy and way of being in the world. The journey of your soul can inspire others in ways that you cannot imagine.

Some may express themselves through art, invention, writing stories or raising children while others may be wonderful listeners, someone who remains positive in the face of challenges or free thinkers who accelerate our collective awakening. When your gift comes naturally, you may underestimate the impact it has on others, but you are quite literally fulfilling your life’s purpose simply by being yourself.

In a world of limitless possibility, there is great joy in exploration. New experiences will awaken facets of your spirit that are ready to shine. As we weave the threads of personal experience, a unique design comes into view. Each new insight cultivates a different facet and adds sparkling nuance to the unfolding spiritual journey.

Taste the Nectar of Life

In many cultures, bee represents the importance of drinking the nectar of life. They taste through their feet and dance from flower to flower, pollinating, creating, and ultimately creating sweetness to share.

Allow joy to emanate from the eternal, timeless, spark of life within you and infuse it in your work and passions. Don’t be so consumed by time and desire that you forget you are eternal.

You are a master in the process of awakening, a beautiful masterpiece coming alive, each line drawn through the gift of experience. When you quietly do your inner work and allow the infinite energy of the Divine to flow through you, your actions will be guided by love, kindness and joy. Work, done for the joy of the moment, ceases to feel like work. It becomes a living expression of your vibrant and beautiful energy.

Once you discover your purpose, give your heart to it. Immerse yourself within the moment, be led by love and enter the realm of pure potential.

There are many ways to inspire change; however, true transformation always begins within. Whether you see yourself as an artist, teacher, server, leader or peacekeeper, your life is your message. Every act of love has purpose and power within it. Discover the joy of sharing your light in unusual ways – all are magnificent, all are unique.

Expansion of consciousness allows us to experience the extraordinary within the mundane. You are the bridge between spirit and form and must often lead the way through darkness. Use the stepping stones of the past as sparks of inspiration. Your life experiences have been profound and necessary for your evolution.

Awakening frees us from limiting patterns and beliefs. As you view the journey from a higher perspective, it becomes possible to discern a clear purpose. Hold yourself to a higher standard, yet be gentle as you fumble your way towards enlightenment.

Offer a loving hand. Forgive those who have harmed you, whether knowingly or unknowingly, and be willing to accept the grace that rains down upon you from all dimensions.

Trust Your Inner Wisdom

It’s likely that you are closer to divine wisdom than you realize. On those occasions the Universe tends to send confirmation – the perfect book falls into your hands, you hear the same message repeatedly, knowledge makes itself known to you – it can be a delight to watch the synchronicities unfold.

Our conditioning often leads us to place more faith in others than in ourselves. Loving messages are meant to strengthen your knowledge of your unique path so that you can follow the inner prompting of your heart.

Your journey will lead you forward in the way which is most appropriate for you. Learn to trust yourself. All that is required is one conscious step forward, one conscious choice, one break from old ways of being… and then another. Your Presence ensures that you will have the necessary strength to rise up to meet whatever life offers, and, more quickly than you think, changes will come.

Transformation is a process. As we bring the light of awareness to outmoded beliefs, our walls of protection or defense mechanisms, the blockages begin to dissolve. No matter how far you have come along the path of awakening, there are infinite levels yet to explore.

The Purpose of Existence

All of existence participates in this sacred dance of life and awakening. Never doubt that you bring something beautiful and unique to our collective experience. Feelings of wholeness, empowerment and mastery can be expressed when you have true knowledge of your own value.

As we learn through contrast, watching the play of dark and light, we come to realize that we can transcend duality and live in a way that is expansive. Dive deeply, delve into the truths of your soul and discover that you are far greater than you the role you play. When you bring conscious awareness to your life experience, it takes on new meaning.

Light seeks to express itself through you… how you love or smile or reach out to another. Once you’ve transformed into a conduit for Divine energy, your life becomes a gift that is shared in powerful ways. This is the purpose of existence. Be courageous enough to step into the realm of pure potential. Here, in the gap between thoughts, between breaths, resides infinite possibility.

Love and Compassion

Awareness transforms the way that we walk in the world. Collectively and uniquely, we fumble our way towards enlightenment and as our consciousness expands, we gain a greater understanding of one another and view life from a broader perspective. This dance of awakening calls upon us to give greater consideration to how our actions impact one another as we move forward. Integrity is found in the choices that we make when we’re alone.
I feel honored when I am witness to loving behavior. I see people picking up trash as they walk their dogs, opening doors for another as they enter the store, working in community gardens, helping those whose voices are not heard and countless other demonstrations of love and compassion. These kindnesses are the by-product of awareness. Rather than being lost in the world of illusion or trapped in their own problems, they reach out – simply and quietly, fulfilling the souls purpose to awaken.
Open your heart today. Hear someone’s story. Understand a different point of view. Research a new topic. This world is filled with many opportunities to learn from one another, to love one another and to honor each path as sacred.

Find Your Purpose

Those who have discovered their unique way of being in the world are an inspiration. For those in the process of discovery, still seeking your purpose or your direction, I salute you. The willingness to embark upon the path of transformation ensures that you will find it. The road may be long. It may cause you to shift as you explore possibilities that call to you, but that is the process of awakening.
Do not be discouraged. Your challenges will temper your abilities. Your disappointments will teach you how to be strong, to rebuild and to step out of limiting patterns. Eventually, you will immerse yourself within that which makes your heart sing as life becomes a melody of joy and celebration.
Enlightened ones teach by example through the sharing of their gifts. Embrace the journey of discovery and know that you are right where you need to be. As you awaken into the fullness of who you are, your purpose will inform your decisions.

We chose the perfect family, soul group, karmic contracts, life situations and personality traits to arrange the circumstances of our lives in order to find our unique way of being in the world. Whatever you choose to do, do it with love and integrity.

When you are balanced and centered, the resulting feelings of fulfillment and peacefulness flow into all you do. Don’t underestimate the value of the gifts you have to offer. You may be a wonderful listener, someone who remains positive in the face of challenges or a frequency holder who keeps others’ energy fields balanced. When your gift comes naturally to you, it’s easy to miss the effect it has on others, but you are quite literally fulfilling your life’s purpose.

You bring something beautiful to the world that was not here before, and will not be seen again. Share your love, your joy and your laughter. In the sharing you will find express an authentic, powerful connection to the love, light and laughter of the Divine.

Everything is energy. Ones level of consciousness determines their vibrational frequency and together we form a symphony of exquisite beauty and nuance. The purpose of life is to allow your experiences to awaken your inner wisdom and compassion. The spiritual seeker pays attention to the underlying energy inherent in all situations.

Awareness helps one to be more grounded and rooted in the present moment. This allows us to navigate challenging situations without getting lost in the drama or reverting to lower levels of consciousness. Everything is interconnected; therefore, your awakening sends waves of energy throughout the Universe, touching and transforming life itself.

As you discover your life’s purpose and your life task, you’ll create greater meaning, substance and balance that will reverberate throughout every experience that you have.
