You are a spark of the Divine… infinite, eternal, beautiful.

 

With our limited human perception, it’s difficult to process the idea of eternity. Time is a construct of the mind and often it drives us to hurry through the present moment in order to get somewhere else; however, the present moment is all there is. And it is the eternal Now.
We are all participating in an exploration of separateness. The lifetimes we spend on this planet, the roles we play and the lessons we learn from one another are only the beginning of the incredible journey we share.
There is enough time. Everyone on the planet will eventually evolve through experiencing all the earth-based soul ages: Infant, Baby, Young, Mature and Old to finally discover the nature of love. Tending to your own state of consciousness will ultimately aid in the awakening of all humanity. Have compassion for yourself and for one another.

Find Your Voice

Creativity is the art of expression. No matter what form it may take – music, cooking, writing, decorating, beading, sculpture, color and texture in your wardrobe, painting, chanting or anything else you can imagine – creativity is an authentic union with the Divine. We become channels of light and it flows through us into all that we do. Tangible items then carry a spark of the infinite as expressed through you.

Whatever you choose to do, do it joyfully. Fill your creations and actions with love and conscious intention. When we over-think creative action, the mind attempts to be clever and sabotages our efforts by blocking that powerful and mysterious flow of unity. You can break free from patterns that limit your creative expression. It is simply a matter of finding your voice and living in the flow of your truth.

Your gifts are unique, your story divine. Find the joy of sharing them without attachment or expectation.

Moon Lessons

We are Consciousness currently having a human experience. The infinite power of the Divine seeks only to express itself through you and though this life will have a beginning and an end, your light continues to shine on in new forms. Tonight I stood bathed in moonlight, experiencing the mystery of existence. For aeons every being who has ever lived has looked up at the same moon and been impacted by its beauty.
Our dance of awakening is just beginning. Again and again we will come together to explore the contrasts of separation in order to discover the Oneness from whence we came. Be grateful for those who have come before – the artists, writers, philosophers, creators, designers and builders – for they are us. Each and every soul has played a unique role in our collective development and we will continue to do so.
This world is a playground of discovery. You are infinite. Let the moon inspire you to be a pure vessel for the love, light and laughter of the Universe. There is more to life than meets the eye.

Exploring the Infinite

When pondering the infinite, one might consider the continual expansion of the universe, the depth and breadth of the ocean, or the workings of the human mind, but how often do we truly explore inward?

Rather than seeking outside validation of your worth, seek instead to expand your consciousness. The nuances you discover will bring new dimension into your overall experience. Explore without attachment. Feel deeply. Love often. These are the gifts of an awakened life.

No matter how much we have learned or how far we have come, it’s important to realize we are still at the beginning. Joy informs energy which sets the miracle of discovery in motion. Being fully present with the totality of life brings freedom. There is no worry, no judgment… only the expansiveness of a divine spirit exploring the facets of love, light and laughter that only the earth-bound experience has to offer.

Trust Love

The infinite love of the Divine surrounds us at all times. Although, there are certainly moments when it is easy to feel separate, bewildered or overwhelmed, there it waits, patiently honoring the process of discovery until we are ready to access it once again.

When the light of consciousness shifts your perception, it allows you to recognize the guidance and support that is available, see your infinite potential and trust yourself enough to step into the flow of life. A shift in perception can create powerful changes in your life. Awareness calls upon us to consistently focus upon the blessings that surround us. This purposeful act of gratitude and willingness opens the door to new experience.

We learn by experiencing contrast. A life filled with love is typically discovered and nurtured by rising above our fears. Your willingness to face the shadows of the soul, ensures that you will emerge changed, empowered and courageous.
When you choose to live from the heart, amazing things begin to happen. Love life as it is and see it as an adventure, exploring and experiencing with innocence and excitement. With each challenge you have the opportunity to learn something new about yourself. These facets bring new sparkle and dimension to the journey.

Limitless Possibilities

As consciousness expands, limitless possibilities are presented. The exploration into the unknown becomes a vital place of ingenuity, potential and empowerment. It’s humbling to remember that no matter how far you have traveled on the path of transformation, you have barely scratched the surface of what you will discover.

Rather than immediately being reactive when presented with challenges, seek to bring new awareness into your life situation. Every circumstance can be viewed as an opportunity to discover aspects of ourselves that are ready to shine. Remember, all perceived mistakes are due to ignorance. As we awaken, we do better. This is true of everyone.

Spiritual wisdom is expressed through kindness and humility. In the face of eternity, we are merely sparks of love seeking expression. The most powerful thing that you can do is to be mindful and consistent in your day-to-day journey. There is a vibrant playground of discovery waiting to be explored. This is your moment of transformation.

The Vastness of Being

It is here, within the stillness of this moment, that you can immerse yourself within the vastness of your own being. Pay attention to the gaps between words, breaths, or heartbeats, and you will discover a portal. See yourself as Consciousness seeking expression in the world of form and  purposely bring that awareness into the Now.

In the face of the infinite we are humbled, yet liberated from fear. When you can rise above the mechanisms of the mind and see beyond the illusion, any perceived limitations are transformed. Walk through life as a conscious co-creator who can choose to interpret your life experience in a way that is empowering.

There is no end to what you will discover. In the limitless space of stillness, you are completely free.

 

Expansion

Clarity is rooted in the deep stillness of the present moment. It lies beyond the desire to understand with the mind and brings a higher awareness of the harmony that connects us. As we awaken, we experience this clarity with greater frequency and honor it as a sacred gift.

We share a brief moment within the infinite expansion of consciousness. This world is merely the beginning of an amazing journey from separation to wholeness. A journey that ultimately takes us beyond all limitations of time and space and into the unknowable.

Understandably, the concepts of soul expansion can be challenging to understand from a human perspective. While immersed in life it’s easy to become distracted by the intensity of the world around us. This is why stillness, gratitude and mindfulness are so important – each provides an opportunity to rise above the mechanisms of the ego and into communion with the infinite, if only for a brief moment.

Be open to opportunities to celebrate. Joy is the gateway into the temple of the infinite… learn from the trees, the wind, laughter, friendship… and remember that the wisdom you seek is everywhere, waiting to be discovered in the stillness of your heart.

Self Expression

Old souls are required to teach a certain amount of people before they leave the planet. This process contributes to the expansion of collective consciousness as we build upon what we have discovered. Articulation solidifies a deeper understanding of what you have learned on the journey of awakening.

There will be times when trying to utilize words to explain your perception of the infinite feels limiting. These are the moments you can more effectively teach by example and through conscious self-expression.

With each transition to higher states of consciousness, life will send you someone specifically for this purpose. Live your truth and bless those who demand that you be consistent and authentic. When the student is ready, the teacher appears… and when the teacher is ready, the student appears.

Rather than seeing yourself as a healer, teacher or someone who is enlightened, see yourself as Presence – the nameless, formless, infinite source of being. You are far more than the roles you play in this life. You are life, an ever-expending expression of the love, light and laughter of the universe, and we are graced by your presence.
