Embody Stillness

“Silence is not the absence of something but the Presence of everything.”

~Gorden Hempton~

There is no right way to enter stillness. The beauty of exploration is discovering the ways in which your unique light comes alive. Over the years I’ve found peacefulness in the small moments of conscious gratitude – sitting outside with a good book, writing in the early hours of the morning, watching the sun rise as I commune with the Divine, eating mindfully. There is nothing unusual or earth-shattering about my practice. It simply soothes my soul.

Peacefulness is the barometer of your awakening. As you engage with life, be the observer. Notice how you respond to the unexpected or the unwanted. Simplify where you can and fill your experience with little sparks of joy. The infinite source of life itself seeks to express itself through you. Give yourself time to be. The pathway to love is lit from within and in order to access that guiding wisdom, stillness is required.

We stand at the threshold of new awareness. Our collective awakening is of paramount importance and the greatest gift that you can give is that of your own growth. With each new insight, you are transformed.

Presence in Silence

“Silence is not the absence of something but the presence of everything.”

.
If you can’t find the words to explain your beliefs, you’re on the right path. We can use words as signposts, as pointers that lead us in the right direction; however, by their very nature, words are limiting. Have you ever had a dream, loved a novel, been moved by music and found the experience diminished when trying to describe it to another? That’s because the awakening you feel is bigger than mere words can express.
.
When you experience something so transformative and enlightening, let it speak through the peaceful silences of your highest nature. When you allow your life to be your message, the meaning is understood by those who bear witness your authentic energy in motion.
.
These are the gifts we give the world. Once we know that enlightenment can’t be explained, possessed or achieved, we can then begin the delicate operation of teaching by example. Seek only to live your own truth. When you bring the best version of yourself to the present moment, the future will take care of itself.
