The present moment is the portal to greater wisdom and understanding. Seek to explore all that it has to offer. The joy that awaits is your spiritual journey. When you accept what is with an open heart, there is a greater possibility that you will be open to new experiences, a paradigm shift or simple grace in the Now.

You are perfect. As you evolve and change you will continue to discover layers of energy that connect us through the commonality of experience. Let love guide the way.

Other people are not here to validate your worthiness. Nor are they required to accept you as you are, fill the emptiness inside or understand your point of view. In fact, the more we attach to the idea of pleasing others, the more we lose ourselves in the process.

Those that have changed the world have done so in the face of opposition. Their inner sense of confidence and strength propels them ever onward as they live their truth as best they can. Eventually, like-minded individuals are inspired to learn the value of integrity, sometimes joining together, sometimes following behind and aiding in the transformation of consciousness.

Consider the idea that those who oppose you the most on the physical plane support you the most on the spiritual plane. These daring souls are willing to risk losing your love and affection in order to help you to develop a sense of courage and empowerment. Bless those who challenge your point of view for they are actually assisting you in the process of defining, refining and living it to the best of your ability.

When we choose to see everyone as our teacher, it brings freedom and limitless possibilities into our experience. The role of a teacher is to help you to stand on your own two feet and aid you in seeing the one thing you are unwilling to see. Bless those who challenge you and seek the guidance of your heart. Every event provides an opportunity to witness the vastness of your being.

The Flow of Experience

This too shall pass… whether you are enjoying expansion and joyous transition or facing significant challenges, this truth remains. It’s a delight to fully celebrate moments of breakthrough while riding the waves of positive energy; however, it’s also important to understand that everything is cyclical. Beyond the perception of good and bad, there is simply soul-enriching experience.

Share your joy with others and participate fully in whatever the present moment requires. Too often we try to hold on to that which is fluid instead of experiencing what is. Whether we are celebrating or learning, consciously remember, this too shall pass.

The only constant in life is change. We live magnificently within the ebb and flow of experience – living, dying, rebirth, expansion. All contrasts and apparent opposites have their part to play and it can be exceedingly helpful to observe the patterns we encounter. Learn to flow with what is without clinging and embrace your transformation.

Quiet pauses allow us to gather our energy for the next moment of movement. Much like the tidal flow of the ocean, the power and healing lies within the highs and the lows, blending together to form the natural, evolving and mysterious playground of life.

Explore Oneness with the world around you. The more expansive your vision, the more able you’ll be to see beyond the roles and limited perception of others. Therein lies the freedom of enlightenment.
See those who grace your life as partners in the dance of awakening. Listen with an open heart with the knowledge that the universe often speaks through the unlikeliest of sources. These gifts of spirit blend to create a tapestry of exquisite design. One day you’ll step back and be able to recognize the mystery and the perfection of it all.

When you are balanced and centered, the resulting feelings of fulfillment and peacefulness flow into all you do. Don’t underestimate the value of the gifts you have to offer. You may be a wonderful listener, someone who remains positive in the face of challenges or a frequency holder who keeps others’ energy fields balanced. When your gift comes naturally to you, it’s easy to miss the effect it has on others, but you are quite literally fulfilling your life’s purpose.

To be fully present is to see the sacredness in your unique expression of life. As we grow and change, the world around us is transformed. There is no wrong way to evolve. Whatever path you choose has great value for your personal journey and you will draw in the perfect people and circumstances to assist you in this endeavor. There is always something new to learn.

When things seem repetitive or boring, it may be that your energy is ready to expand. Moving to higher levels of consciousness sometimes calls upon us to leave the past behind in order to explore new ideas, circumstances and relationships.

Embracing change can awaken new insights and bliss. Choose to rise beyond ideas of good and bad with the realization that opposites and contrasts are necessary for transformation. A joyful journey is less dependent upon the path, than on the traveler who travels upon it.

See yourself as a lifetime student of love. There is much yet to discover.

We are on an incredible journey. No matter how many lifetimes you’ve had so far, no matter how high your state of consciousness, remember that earth is simply the beginning. This playground allows us to explore the concepts of separation, contrast and opposites in order to discover the higher truths of balance, compassion and Oneness.

When we have named every star in the sky, counted the grains on every beach, loved through a thousand lifetimes and experienced this world in every possible way, the adventure will then take us to new levels of existence.

Life can sometimes feel quite overwhelming. Our physical senses create a sense of solidity out of illusion, and often we can feel trapped by tunnel vision. The purpose of meditation, stillness or conscious breathing is to briefly allow you to connect with the infinite aspect of who you are. As we learn to see beyond appearances, we can touch eternity. You are far more than the role you are currently playing in this lifetime.

The Power of Love

Each and every time that we make the conscious choice to show love, we step into empowerment and begin to create a new reality. In any situation you can ask, “How can I present the best version of myself in this moment?” The answer is always found in love. The trick is to recognize dysfunction when it is in play yet choose to remain balanced and non-reactive. It takes practice to maintain a sense of calm in the face of intense negativity; however, as awakening masters, we are called upon to bring higher energy to challenging situations.

It’s likely that you have already cultivated many of the tools you need to face these circumstances with grace. Challenges provide opportunities to hone these skills and witness them in action.

We are light-bringers in a world that often seems filled with darkness. Your purpose is to awaken, to teach and to serve. Soul-based love creates space where transformation can occur.

Projection

We are all multi-faceted beings. The physical world provides a reflection of these infinite layers so that we can develop a greater understanding of ourselves and of others. Observe your interpretation of life – Do you feel safe? Loved? Does fear arise or do you feel misunderstood? Of course different interpretations can seem true in various situations. What may be perceived as empowering one day can just as easily be experienced as overwhelming the next. All that you see is a reflection of your state of consciousness.

Allow yourself the freedom to explore these nuances without judgment. All are simply aspects of the human condition. As you grow in consciousness, you’ll cultivate the ability to see through the illusion and to experience life on a deeper level. Beneath emotional reactivity there is always a sense of peace and grace. It’s helpful to be aware of these contrasting polarities in order to drop judgment. Self acceptance allows us to demonstrate more compassion for others when we witness them caught in their own distress.

Spiritual Practice

Solitary practice is an important part of spiritual development. Each of us must walk in truth to find our unique way of being in the world. Powerful too, is the heart-focused connection discovered within a group of like-minded individuals. The synergy created within group energy transforms and accelerates the growth of all those who are actively involved. When used consciously, group energy expands us into new dimensions and you can help to uplift and nourish the spiritual journey of others.

Meditate, chant, pray and play with those with whom you resonate. The combined intention and synergy has the power to lift the entire group into a new frequency. For those of you who are natural leaders, allow yourselves to participate without exercising control and receive the blessings generated by the group energy as well.

Spiritual knowledge must be articulated in order to fully incorporate it into our experience. Thus, we discover the power of sharing with others. Each of us simultaneously plays both roles – student and master.

Balance your journey ways that are best for you. Spend healthy time in solitude, connect with your soul circle and share what you have learned. There are always new dimensions waiting to be explored.
