Spirituality is about finding your true purpose and living it to the best of your ability. Many begin seeking answers after experiencing loss, disillusionment or frustration, so a wonderful place to begin is to examine how joyful you are in your work, in solitude or in your relationships. Observation can lead us to reexamine our priorities or discover that the only thing missing is gratitude.
All change begins within; therefore, begin by asking yourself a few questions: What do I have to offer? What brings me joy? What blocks me from experiencing joy now? The answers may prompt you to read new books, find an inspirational teacher or become more willing to take a risk. The key is to create expansion through experience.
There is always something new to discover. Be led by joy.
