The Work of a Lifetime

“Whenever your relationship is not working, whenever it brings out the ‘madness’ in your and in your partner, be glad. What was unconscious is being brought up to the light. It is an opportunity for salvation.”
~Eckhart Tolle~
.
Our relationships are the playground of spiritual awakening. Whether with lovers, family, co-workers, friends or the frustrating person behind you in line at the store, each plays a significant role in your souls development. When you choose to bring a higher consciousness to your interactions, there is a greater possibility of staying present in the midst of challenging situations rather than becoming reactive.
.
When you interact with someone who is caught in the pain of unconsciousness, become a source of compassion. Observe what arises for you and hold it in your loving embrace rather than feeding the situation with additional negative energy.
.
One of the greatest gifts you can give is the ability to hold space for another. The choice to stay present and listen without defensiveness or judgment creates space where a transformation can occur. As long as one person is conscious, new energy has the potential to break through old patterns and limiting beliefs.

Soul Circle

“A ‘heart-link’ describes the relationship between two persons who have known each other for many lifetimes and who have developed a deep and loving understanding of each other on an essence level.”
~Jose Stevens~

We are constantly planting seeds of experience. Our soul group comes to participate throughout our lifetime, each person playing their part in the expansion of consciousness. On unseen levels, our spirit guides, angels, healing masters and helpers coordinate encounters and coincidences to assist along the way.
Sometimes, things on the physical plane appear to be the opposite of what is actually occurring – losses turn into new beginnings, friendships implode teaching us to become more authentic and intimate, blockages force us to change our plans and unexpected beauty flows into our lives. It’s important not to create limitation by demanding that things unfold in a particular way.

When you meet someone with whom you have an immediate connection, chances are that you’ve interacted many, many times. These relationships can often be confusing until one understands the feeling of Oneness is due to past soul work rather than the traditional karmic agreements.

Sometimes these beautiful souls come in to offer support, pivot your direction or remind you of what you’re here to accomplish. Follow your intuition and see what unfolds in your experience.

The Sacred Pilgrimage

The joy is in the journey. Every relationship, whether it lasts for a lifetime or for a brief moment, provides an opportunity to discover the mysteries of love. Ego-driven love is rooted in fear and desire. Authentic love supports growth, exploration, discovery and laughter. Seek to experience those who grace your life with an open heart by demonstrating acceptance, openness and patience.

Life is a dance with the Divine. Each person you meet is a unique spark of eternal consciousness that seeks to experience the synergy of awakening. When we approach our life situations with the intention of assisting in this process, the Divine is able to make itself known in miraculous ways.

Practice generosity, sharing mind, body and spirit without reservation or expectation and you will open portals of new experience. Through Presence, each interaction becomes an opportunity to express kindness and compassion. We stand together at the threshold of understanding.
We can consciously move through the infinite landscape of our souls awakening by honoring the present moment. Whenever you enter periods of contrast, paradox, movement or change, choose to face whatever arises with a sense of adventure and growth. This is your sacred pilgrimage.
