Healthy relationships

Be grateful to those who grace your life with their presence.

\”Spiritual practice is about increasingly entering into love – not personal love, but the love that is the nature of our being.\”
~Ezra Bayda~

Every person that enters your life plays a unique role in your awakening; therefore, honor their spirit by learning from the interaction. Rather than wishing someone were different, choose to accept them as they are. This creates a safe space which allows protective mechanisms to disengage so that authentic connection and communication can occur.

Healthy relationships allow each person to thrive while exploring who they are in the presence of another. Ram Dass  once said, \”We\’re all just walking each other home.\” Whether we grace someone\’s life for a moment or for a lifetime, there is deeper purpose and meaning than often appears at first glance.
Seek only to love. Sometimes love calls upon us to listen, let go, dance or dream. Bring an unprotected heart to your meeting place and open to what is. Something new is waiting to be discovered.

Today my intention is to expect my life to be joyous and fulfilling.
