One of the best things about waking from a nightmare is realizing that it was a dream. Now, back in the world of “reality” we can dissect it’s meaning. One might journal everything they remember, paying attention to the imagery, emotions or struggle, and seek the deeper meaning.
Between lifetimes, we do the exact same thing. With our soul mates, ancestors and teachers we explore the nuances of our physical experience as part of a life review. We honor the role that each person played and see with detachment the perfection of all that unfolded, and what still remains to be learned.
As we become more conscious, we can begin that process while still engaged in the dream. This is what I call Lucid Living. With awareness, we can participate and have varying degrees of success guiding the energy as it plays out.
How often can you look at our collective drama and see through it to the truth of the soul? What you fight, you strengthen; therefore, the answer always lies within highest frequencies of connection. Love, in it’s purest form, creates a space of compassionate detachment that allows us to hold one another in kindness and break through the illusion.
