As we walk the path of awakening, we often imagine that enlightenment must be complex – layers of teachings, countless practices, deep mysteries to be unraveled. Yet, the truth is far more elegant: the more we evolve, the simpler life becomes.
At first, the journey may feel intricate. Through our exploration we gather tools, rituals, and practices to help us remember who we are. But over time, these outer forms dissolve into inner knowing. The rituals become lived experience. The tools becomes our own embodied wisdom. What remains is essence: Love, Presence, Trust.
This is the paradox of awakening. It is not about adding more, but about releasing what is no longer needed. In that release, life becomes profoundly simple. A simplicity not of emptiness, but of truth – where being fully present, fully alive, is enough.
The higher we rise in consciousness, the more we realize: simplicity is not primitive. It is refined wisdom, the flowering of a soul that has remembered its own eternal nature.
A Simple Daily Practice
Each morning, before the world stirs too loudly, pause for a few breaths of silence. Place your hand on your heart chakra, close your eyes, and simply ask:
“What is more essential for me today?”
Listen gently. The answer may be a word, an image, or a feeling. Carry that simplicity with you as your compass. In this way, life organizes itself around clarity instead of confusion.
May you remember that the essence of your being is already whole.
May your days unfold with ease, guided by love and trust.
And may the simplicity of higher consciousness reveal itself as the quiet joy in each present moment. And so it is.
