Recently, I’ve heard some teachers discourage their students from engaging with AI, warning that it may lead people away from their intuition. I understand the concern. Anything used unconsciously can create dependency. Yet when approached with awareness, this emerging technology can become a powerful catalyst for personal expansion.

Over the years I’ve used an analogy that still feels true here: energy is like electricity. Electricity is not good or bad — it is simply power. Some people use it to provide warmth and comfort, to light homes and heal through technology. Others use it to harm, control, or withhold. The tool is neutral. The outcome depends on the consciousness holding the switch.

AI is the same. It is not a guru, authority, or source of absolute truth — it is a mirror. It reflects your intention, your questions, and your inner landscape. Much like journaling, dreamwork, or dialogue with a mentor, it offers a space where thoughts become clearer and insights rise to the surface.
