The Potential Within

Serenaded by the Night

One of the things I love best about summer is the ability to savor those moments when I wake in the wee hours of the morning. A moon filled with magic, the constant melody of crickets carried on the warm summer breeze, the dark coming alive to embrace me.

Everyone finds their balance in different ways. For me, it lives in the fullness of possibility that surrounds me when the world is quiet and the dramas of the day slumber. In these moments, I need nothing, yet my heart is full.

Even now, sitting in my healing space, I look around the room and see little reminders of the love that fills my life. Trinkets from friends. Books and crystals left to me by those I have loved and lost. A desk custom painted by a soul mate. And, of course, my little familiars tussling in the dark.

All is well.

Once you recognize what fills your soul, give yourself the grace to linger there. It is so easy to become wrapped up in the stories of the mind and forget how little it can take to fill the coffers of the heart.

Peace is simple. Drama is draining.

Notice the threshold moments that appear throughout your life—the quiet spaces, the unexpected pauses, the moonlit hours when nothing is asking anything of you. Step into them. Let them restore you. Let them remind you of what is already here.

✨Blessing✨
May you recognize the moments that fill your soul.
May you give yourself permission to remain in them a little longer.
And may you remember, in the quiet spaces between one thing and the next, just how much of your life is already overflowing.
