Presence and Purpose

.
“The quality of your life depends on how well you manage your body, your mind, your emotion, your situations, your home, your communities, nations, your life in general and the world.”
~Jaggi Vasudev~

In this moment we can choose how we show up in the world. Rather than seeking joy or satisfaction, consider asking how you may be of service in this situation. In Presence, we can observe life’s paradoxes. Consciousness allows us to respond to life rather than approaching it through reactivity.
.
When we enter the gap and go within, we discover a rich inner world filled with possibility. As the dance of humanness continues, we can choose how to engage in a way that is fulfilling, joyful, and empowered.
.
Worry serves no purpose. While the ego wants to stay lost in a story, the way forward is always through conscious action. It’s enlightening to trade woundedness for wisdom. Keep in mind that small kindnesses strengthen and expand the heart chakra. Be willing to be open. Conscious living is possible when we release all blame and simply take complete personal responsibility for our state of being in the present moment.
