Whenever you need to re-balance, visit places of water to enhance your creativity and awaken your connection to the Divine. The life vibration contained within water is the same life-force energy that resides within us. When our thoughts, words and actions are aligned, the water within the body becomes an oasis of light and love.

The bombardment of life can often leave one feeling drained on many levels. Being out of balance impacts our physical, emotional and spiritual endeavors. When this happens, take some time for yourself. If possible, visit a place of natural water and be present. You might consider immersing yourself or simply sit in stillness, listening, and be soothed by the healing energy.

Notice the species that gather in the area and learn from them. Each has unique qualities that can inspire or remind, and the soul will recognize the message it requires. If you live in an area where this is challenging. Create a healing oasis in your home. Be creative. Make an atmosphere that feels safe or magical or peaceful. A purposeful bath, a small waterfall in your meditation space or simple shower rituals can be lovely projects that ultimately nourish mind, body and spirit.
