Within the Michael Teachings, there are seven roles: server, artisan, warrior, scholar, spiritualist, sage, and king.
Each of us is drawn to the vibration that holds us. Together, we form a tapestry of exquisite design. Life force, in all its expressions, blends in precisely the way it is meant to.
You may know your purpose. You may intuit your role. You may feel called to move, create, protect, teach, or guide in a particular way. This is by design. We are not meant to do everything. We can’t all fight. We can’t all create art. But when each soul lives in alignment with its true nature, nothing is missing.
It’s important to follow your path—and to honor others’ paths as sacred, even when they differ greatly from your own. For example, I am a spiritualist (as you may have guessed), while one of my closest friends is a warrior. She fights for those who cannot speak for themselves. She educates. She is passionate and fierce in her devotion. That is her calling.
I admire her deeply, yet I am not meant to do her work.
My role is to tend to consciousness—to help others return to balance when life becomes heavy or disorienting. I will likely never feel drawn to draw a sword, literally or otherwise, because that is not who I am. And that is perfectly okay.
We are both playing our roles beautifully. We act from love. We support one another.
And that is enough.
Blessing:
May you trust the role your soul has chosen,
walk your path with devotion,
and honor all others as perfectly placed beside you.
