Meditate Upon a Flower

Spring engages our senses. Life expands. It is a time of new beginnings and birth. It is said that the Buddha once help up a lotus flower when teaching near a pond. Without words, he taught Presence and that anything could act as the doorway to the infinite. Choose one thing and simply be with it. Observe without commentary and witness it’s natural perfection.

The ego loves to complicate things, distracting from the depths to be explored within this moment. Stillness quiets the mind and cultivates the ability to appreciate the beauty that surrounds us.

In the process of our collective evolution, we must first consciously tend to our own gardens. Observe what makes you thrive and fill your experience with that. Let life and laughter nurture your soul and as you mature, share the seeds of infinite possibility with the world.

Your unique interpretation of life is simply another vibrant, living example of the infinite possibilities available when playing in the field of Now. Beyond ideas of right and wrong, the voice of the Divine calls us to experience new levels of perception and expression. By bringing peaceful balance into our interactions, we consciously participate in our collective growth.
