It siphons energy from the present moment and replays a past that cannot be changed. We are all fumbling towards ecstasy. Consider any perceived mistakes as necessary aspects of your growth – they have taught you a little bit more about your true nature.
Interpret every situation as helpful. What did it teach? How well did you handle the challenge? Were you able to accept the gifts? Without judgment or inner criticism, embrace the ever-evolving journey of your soul as sacred. This shift of frequency transforms everything.
