The journey from victimhood to empowerment is different for everyone. In my life, it began with taking complete ownership of my choices and perceived mistakes while celebrating every movement forward, however incremental. With ownership came something I hadn’t expected: freedom. I placed joy back into my own open hands, and healing became something I could participate in rather than something I had to wait for.
My studies carried me through many of the subjects I speak of often—numerology, The Michael Teachings, Tarot, Runes, Wicca, and others that appeared at just the right moment. Some of these teachings spoke directly to my soul. Some opened doors into deeper questions. Others gave me what I needed and were eventually set aside. I came to understand that learning does not require us to make a permanent home in every place we visit.
The joy of discovery continues. No matter how much I have learned, I remain aware of how little I understand about this beautiful, infinite Universe. That realization fills me with wonder rather than uncertainty. I have chosen to be a lifetime student of Love, following its many expressions wherever they lead.
Perhaps this is one reason we need one another. Each of us notices something different. We are drawn toward different mysteries, questions, gifts, and ways of understanding the world. Every person carries some piece of wisdom another may never have encountered. When we honor another person’s path as sacred, we enter the beautiful humility of being both student and teacher.
The light that guides my movement through life keeps expanding, and I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to share what I have discovered along the way. My threshold for joy is wonderfully low. If one person feels inspired by something I have written or created, if one client leaves a session feeling lighter, more joyful, or newly aware of possibility, I feel deeply fulfilled.
One open hand reaching toward another, one small light recognizing the light already there. This is enough to create movement, connection, and the quiet remembrance that none of us walks alone.
