Conscious Breath

”The simple things are also the most extraordinary things, and only the wise can see them.”
~Paulo Coelho~

Clouds are magnificent, ever-evolving works of art. Periodically choose to stop, appreciate the beauty, and watch the canvas as creation unfolds. Moments of stillness are simple ways to honor the sacredness of change that is always in motion. As you breathe, notice the rhythm of your heartbeat. Purposeful listening and observation are the gateways into consciousness.

When we recognize the commonality of our collective experience, hopes and dreams, fears and doubts, it’s easy to see how we are joined together within the miracle of existence. What harms one, harms all. What heals one, heals all.

Celebration joins us. In joy, how can we be unkind to one another (or ourselves)? As we find ways to create an attitude of laughter, of living and celebrating the present moment, we learn the power that resides within acceptance and freedom.

The purpose of meditation, stillness or conscious breathing is to briefly allow you to connect with the infinite aspect of who you are. As we learn to see beyond appearances, we touch eternity. You are far more than the role you play in this lifetime.
