A Note About Hatred

What you hate, you become. From a spiritual point of view, it’s important to observe your level of consciousness when interpreting the life experience. Some become lost in hatred regarding a particular group of people. When this happens, it sets up an energetic entrapment that ensures that essence will need to incarnate as that race/religion/ideology holder in the next lifetime.

This occurs with deep identification with a collective ego. Souls trapped by hatred can spend lifetimes playing out the opposite sides of a struggle until authentic love and acceptance are finally learned.

Everyone has moments where they may experience a temporary lack of consciousness. Through triggers, reactivity or getting lost in the story, the spiritual seeker may momentarily dip to a lower frequency; however, self-awareness typically comes into play and then the work of forgiveness and clearing begins. Using the tools cultivated through years of spiritual work, each of us must tend our garden of the soul.

Deep work is always transformative. It calls upon us to take full responsibility for our state of consciousness in the present moment.  The physical world is sometimes overwhelming, and it’s a powerful practice to see through the illusion to the gift or insight that is trying to make itself known.
